Touisset Country Club is hiring Guest Services, Bar & Dining Support Associates for the golf season!
This is a hands-on hospitality role where you’ll support golf operations and clubhouse dining, bartend and serve when needed, and work closely with both golf management and kitchen leadership to deliver great service.
Greet golfers and guests with a friendly attitude
Help with tee times, check-ins, and guest questions
Bartend and serve tables when shifts require
Take service direction from the Head Chef or Lead Line Cook during dining operations
Support beverage cart, bar, and clubhouse service
Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
Seasonal (April–October)
Flexible scheduling — weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Hours vary based on weather and events
$15/hour
Pooled tips
Team-oriented environment
Great experience in hospitality, food service, and golf operations
Customer service or food & beverage experience preferred
Willingness to bartend and serve tables
Must be 18+ and willing to obtain MA TIPS Certification
Ability to follow direction from both golf and kitchen leadership
Positive attitude, flexibility, and reliability
