The Line Cook works directly with the Executive Chef and kitchen leadership to prepare and execute menu items efficiently, consistently, and according to established standards. This position plays an important role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout service.
All responsibilities and classification are in alignment with Touisset Country Club’s employment policies and Massachusetts labor laws.
Prepare and execute menu items consistently and according to recipe specifications
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Complete assigned prep work accurately and efficiently
Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures
Rotate products using the FIFO method
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Restock the line and communicate product needs to kitchen leadership
Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to support smooth service
Follow direction from the Executive Chef and designated kitchen leadership
Prior line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
ServSafe Certification required
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, and utensils while supporting the culinary team during service.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely
Maintain a clean and organized dish area
Take out trash and assist with basic kitchen cleaning
Support cooks and chefs with kitchen prep tasks as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Dependable and punctual

Touisset Country Club is hiring experienced waitstaff to join our Front of House team at Vilma’s. This is a hands-on hospitality position focused on serving guests, managing multiple tables, handling food and beverage orders, and helping create a friendly, efficient dining experience.
Greet and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Manage multiple tables and priorities during busy shifts
Enter orders, process payments, and handle guest questions
Bartend when shifts require
Make menu recommendations and provide attentive service
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service
Assist with takeout orders, phones, and general clubhouse service
Help check in golfers, collect greens fees, and process golf-related payments
Keep dining, bar, and service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
Complete opening, closing, stocking, and side-work duties
