The Lead Line Cook works directly with the Head Chef and kitchen leadership to execute service, coordinate line flow, and maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards. This role may provide task-based direction to other line cooks and kitchen staff during service.
All responsibilities and classification are in alignment with Touisset Country Club’s employment policies and Massachusetts labor laws.
Execute menu items consistently and to specification
Lead and coordinate line execution during service
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation compliance
Support inventory control and product rotation (FIFO)
Assist with prep lists and daily kitchen organization
Maintain a clean and professional workstation
Communicate clearly with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
Prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
ServSafe Certification (Required)
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to lead by example in a team-oriented kitchen
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
Reliable transportation

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, and utensils while supporting the culinary team during service.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely
Maintain a clean and organized dish area
Take out trash and assist with basic kitchen cleaning
Support cooks and chefs with kitchen prep tasks as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment

The Server is responsible for providing attentive, professional food and beverage service to members and guests in the Club’s dining venues, including Vilma’s restaurant and event spaces. This role plays a key part in delivering a welcoming, high-quality dining experience that reflects the Club’s 65-year tradition of hospitality.
Servers ensure accurate order taking, timely delivery of food and beverages, and consistent member satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all club service standards. The position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
This role reports to restaurant and clubhouse management and works closely with kitchen and bar staff to support seamless daily operations.
