Vilma’s at Touisset Country Club Announces Grand Opening!
Swansea, MA – The legacy of great food and family tradition continues with the grand opening of Vilma’s at Touisset Country Club on Tuesday, April 15th. Under the expert guidance of Head Chef Nicholas Carreiro, Vilma’s promises to bring an elevated yet welcoming dining experience to both club members and the public.
This exciting new chapter at Touisset Country Club pays tribute to Vilma Brigham, the original co-owner and chef, as well as her husband Ray Brigham, who spent 2 long years designing and building the golf course by hand. Their dream became a reality when the course officially opened in 1961, and it has remained a cherished landmark ever since. Now, as a third-generation family-owned and operated course, Touisset continues to honor its roots while embracing a fresh culinary vision.
To celebrate, we invite friends and family to join us for a special soft opening dinner on Friday, April 4th. For just $10 per person (plus tax and tip), guests will have the opportunity to sample selections from Chef Nick’s carefully curated menu while helping our new staff get ready for opening night. Reservations are required for this event, so be sure to book your table early!
Vilma’s at Touisset will officially open for the season to the public on April 15th, welcoming guests to enjoy a season of exceptional dining in casual and inviting setting.
