Applications are accepted on a first come - first serve basis each year from October through December. Renewals take precedence over new applications.

A golf or cart pass does not go into effect until the balance is paid in full. Any unpaid balanace after January 1 renders cancellation and the applicant must pay applicable daily fees until the balance is satisfied.

Applications received after the spring season start date (day the tees open) will be held on a waiting list for the following year.

All invoicing is based on a calendar year. There are no prorations or adjustments available.

Additional Restrictions and Privileges

GOLF LEAGUE PLAY: All golf pass holders must check in with the Pro Shop during golf league play before teeing off.

Bag tags and cart labels must be displayed, in plain sight, at all times.

It is the responsibility of each golfer to heed postings and inquire at the Pro Shop as to any first tee or course closings.

All golf pass holders are entitled to a 10% discount on the purchase of any Pro Shop merchandise, upon presentation of their membership card or bag tag. Special orders, rentals, green fees, and sale items are excepted.

All golfers are expected to abide by U.S.G.A. rules, as amended by local rules appearing on the scorecards. Any deliberate damage to the golf course, buildings, or equipment will result in playing privileges being suspended or revoked for a term to be determined by management. This includes playing on closed greens and tees during winter and spring.

All play must start on the first tee.
